Why, hello there! I’m Amy, and I write Middle Grade & YA Fantasy Adventure – with a little bit of magic and lots of heart. I live in the South Island of New Zealand (Middle Earth), only a bowshot from the world’s most gorgeous river.
My favourite stories are the ones that stir something deep inside us, calling us to wonder and adventure, bravery and belonging. Those ones that carry an eternal spark, whether that’s the whisper of “Courage, dear heart” on the darkest of nights or simply the reminder that there’s Something More.

This is a gripping story of a street thief turned Apprentice Mage, Ezran, who is raised to believe he is fated to save the kingdom – that is until he captures a girl with the healing touch who challenges all his beliefs.
This manuscript won the ACFW Genesis Award (YA/Middle Grade category), and The Oxford/Pushkin Children’s Fantasy Prize, and was a finalist in the Realm Makers Aurora Contest.
