Why, hello there! I’m Amy, and I write Middle Grade & YA Fantasy Adventure – with a little bit of magic and lots of heart. I live in the South Island of New Zealand (Middle Earth), only a bowshot from the world’s most gorgeous river.
My favourite stories are the ones that stir something deep inside us, calling us to wonder and adventure, bravery and belonging. Those ones that carry an eternal spark, whether that’s the whisper of “Courage, dear heart” on the darkest of nights or simply the reminder that there’s Something More.

This manuscript won the ACFW Genesis Award (for the YA category), and The Oxford/Pushkin Children’s Fantasy Prize. It was also a finalist in the Realm Makers Aurora Contest.
